Description
In the central box, under the title, the game rules in letterpress : "OBSERVATIONS. Ce jeu peut se jouer depuis deux, jusque huit personnes. On se munit de Jetons pour marquer son jeu. Il faut que chaque Joueur ait un jeton different pour se reconnaitre. On convient de ce que l'on veut jouer et des amendes qu'il faut payer dans les cas prévus. On jette deux dés le nombre de points amenés, marque le numéro sur lequel il faut se placer, celui qui le 1.er amène 63 a gagné la partie, mais il y a bien des obstacles à surmonter, car il faut observer les règles suivantes.
Règle du Jeu
Tous les pechés capitaux paient l'amende et retornent chacun à la vertu qui lui est opposée.
La haine N°21 paie ou va à la Charité N°7, à son choix.
La Superstition N°33 paie ou va à la Foi éclairée N°17.
Le Mensonge N°46 paie ou va à la Sincérité N°25.
Le Respect humain N°56 paie ou va à la Crainte de Dieu N°34.
Le Découragement N°40 restera là jusqu'à ce qu'un outre joueur le remplace, alors il ira à la confiance en Dieu N°43.
La Médisance N°42 laisse passer un tour sans jouer.
La Présomption N°52 laisse passer un tour sans jouer.
L'amour du monde N°54 paie ou va à l'amour de la solitude N°9.
Le Tiedeur N°49 recule de dix numéros.
La Pratique de l'aumone N°28 va à Contentement intérieur N°37.
La Dévotion à Marie N°39 monte à Espérance N°55.
La Ferveur N°15 va à désir du Ciel N°59.
Toutes les autres Vertus doublent c'est-à-dire compteront leurs points deux fois et si en doublant l'on tombe sur un défaut, l'on se place sur la case suivante.
Celui dont le nombre de points dépasse 63 rétrograde d'autant de points qu'il en a de trop et si en rétrogradant il tombe sur un défaut, il se place sur la vertu précédente, excepté s'il tombe sur Orgueil qui recommence toujours au N°1.
Celui qui est rencontré ne se déplace pas."

We use the following color keys in our catalog:
Original colors; mean that the colors have been applied around the time the map was issued.
Colored; If the colors are applied recently or at the end of the 20th century, then "colored", or "attractive colors" will be used.
Original o/l colors; means the map has only the borders colored at the time of publication.
