Re-submitting of password necessary at first logon at the new website

With the introduction of our new website in October 2021, existing users will need to resubmit and update their old passwords to log in.

This can be done by using the Reset Password link or by contacting us, and we will provide you with a temporary password.

A "temporary password" is emailed immediately to your email address on file.
After logging in, you can change the temporary password in the Client Center. Click on "Edit your personal profile".

For enhanced security, the password must be at least six characters long.
- no spaces,
- at least one uppercase letter,
- at least one digit,
- at least one special character.


If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, please check your spam folder first; there is a chance it was misclassified as spam.

Please add the "swaen.com" domain to your Email White List.
Providers like AOL, Comcast, often do not deliver server-generated emails.
