Re-submitting of password necessary at first logon at the new website

With the introduction of our new website in October 2021 there is a need for our existing users to re-submit and update their old password in order to be able to logon.

This need to be done using the Reset Password link OR by contacting us and we will provide you with a temporary password.

A "temporary password" is emailed immediately to your email address on file. After logging in you are able to change the temporary password in the Client center Click on "Edit your personal profile".

For higher security the password needs to have at least 6 characters,
- no spaces,
- at least one uppercase letter,
- at least one digit,
- at least one special character.


If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, check your SPAM box first; there is a chance it was considered spam.

Please add the "swaen.com" domain to your Email White List.
Providers like AOL, Comcast, often do not deliver server-generated emails.
